Bad News and GOOD NEWS

Let’s get the bad news out of the way. As much as we don’t like to hear it, most of the body’s aches and pains take time to resolve. Most modern day “quick fixes” (pain pills, medicines, surgeries etc…) might set the direction for healing, but many times western medicine practices do not address the body's healing process as a whole. As a result, this can inevitably delay the healing, only result in partial healing. The partial healing could eventually result in another or bigger health issue down the road.


The GOOD NEWS is that in much of acute and chronic pain, the body is VERY capable of repairing itself, provided diligent care and adequate nutrition are present in the LONG TERM 😊.

Causes of Joint Pain

Activate Your Internal Pain Relief & Repair

Hydrate with filtered and mineralized water! Over ½ of the body is water. Hydration will cleanse and nourish, and especially help joint health. One of the most natural and effective ways to get minerals in water is with unrefined, solar-dried sea salt

Eliminate inflammatory foods: hydrogenated oils, high heated meats, pasteurized dairy, sugar, excessive alcohol, excessive caffeine, grains, nuts, legumes, seeds not previously soaked.

Eat plenty of non-inflammatory foods: meat/bone stock (from grass fed animals), pickled foods, cultured dairy, seasonal fruits and veggies, wild caught fish.

Reduce inflammatory activities: avoid late night/rushed eating, reduce blue light time (cell phone, tv, computers).

Movement Heals! Lack of movement can further induce inflammation and stiffness. Movement induces serotonin, a neurotransmitter, and adequate production of serotonin reduces pain intensity. Even if the injured area needs to be stabilized, slow and controlled movements/exercise for other areas of the body as such with Pilates and the inner core muscles can be extremely effective in providing pain relief.



Specific Nutritional Support


- Fermented Turmeric: turmeric a has anti-inflammatory properties but can be difficult to absorb.
