So it happened! You tried to keep yourself healthy (or not) and you caught a bug!!!! What to do to recover fast! and without re-occurrence?
Let Food be Thy Medicine, and Medicine be Thy Food – Hippocrates #1 Stop feeding the bugs!! – for a 2 week time frame: get off of foods that inhibit the immune system (see Part I) – have at least 75% of your diet for at least 1 week be a nourishing liquid diet with the following 1. drink Clean, filtered water (up to 1/2 your body weight in ounces ideally adding air-dried salt to add minerals and electrolytes)
2. Juices: 16 – 24oz./day organic green juices limit to 1 fruit; carrot juice ok but no fruit.. quick fuel to the cells
3. Excellent Immune boosting drink: 1 Tbs fresh ginger juiced (or 1 toothpick drop of Ginger doTERRA Essential Oil), 1 drop of doTERRA Turmeric essential oil, unfiltered Premier apple cider vinegar, ¼ tsp Premier Unheated honey, 1 -3 drops of doTERRA Oregano oil and 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
4. Broths: 16 – 24oz/day homemade or know your ingredients: beef/chicken bone broth, Bieler broth, potassium broth … satisfying and nutrient rich
5. fresh garlic: crush fresh organic garlic at least 2x/day on your foods (natural anti-pathogenic)
6. Fermented foods: Kefir (water, dairy, coconut), sauerkraut, radishes etc… (provides probiotics, enzymes.. if this is not a part of your normal diet, start slow because it can elicit a detoxification as it kills off the bugs

Essential Oil Immune Blends: 1. On Guard DoTERRAessential oil: daily rub 1 – 2 drops into bottom of feet and/or place a drop in your juice 2.
