Destress & Rest with Scalar Laser’s
Along with a healthy diet, de-stressing will boost your immune system as stress impairs sleep, reduces energy, and uses up nutrient resources faster. Speaking to our current climate of escalated fears of 2020 and complete turn over of how we go about life. Many of us feel a higher level of anxiety. Stress is a natural part of life, so its not necessarily stress but how it is managed.
Some things that support have healthy managed stress • Don’t eat past 7pm a body/mind can’t completely rest when its in digestion mode • Rest your brain with breathing and meditation 5-10 minutes a day • Eliminate/reduce stressors such as caffeine alcohol processed foods and sugar * Keep a dark bedroom and remove all electrons at bedtime to improve sleep. • Take advantage of nature a minimum 10 minutes of sunshine a day and taking a walk, at the beach, or work in the garden for a natural euphoric sense of calmness.
Our body/mind naturally restores itself when we hit a state of deep rest/sleep making daily mind-quieting times (even if for 5 minutes) and healthy sleep patterns essential to our bodies restoration. Unfortunately, these days, we are so on the move that our bodies have forgotten how to reach that deep state of rest.
Scalar Laser Treatments nudge the body’s reset to a deep state of rest. These lasers emit light waves that mimic the earths low level Schumann frequencies. Research has shown, when scalar lasers are applied to the body in an unwind pattern it brings the body/mind to a deep resting state. When in deep rest it allows for a subtle unwinding of stress, tension, holding patterns all bringing the body to a point of restoration. Also a deep rested state induces nitric oxide production. Nitric oxides plays a key role in * improving circulation, lowers blood pressure * enhances the immune system and increases white blood cells * activates neurotransmitters, like serotonin, dopamine, endorphins for pain relief * relax your body to the point that it can restore itself.
CoeDynamics offers Scalar Laser sessions in 30 – 60 minute intervals for more info and book your session to unwind click here.
Prevention is Power Prevention is key and starts now. It is always easier to prevent then to remedy an illness. Get ahead of your health by following the steps above to keep your body in top condition and ready to take on illness.
