You got sick, so now what?

Super Nutrition

to stack your immune system

You got sick, so now what?

Let's start with, what not to do.

1. Don't panic. Why? Not only does it not help, but it also drives up anxiety, keeping the immune system over stimulated and taking up its juice it could be using to fight off your pathogen.

2. Don't go looking up online or listening to the news and assume you have the worst thing possible (of course be cautious and wise)

3. Don't ignore it, letting it fester get worse.

What to do?

1. Clean up your diet, see some great examples here

2. Build up your external environment for internal support with essential oils

3. Stack your immune with nutritional power

Some of the nutrients below, may sound familiar and one may would lean towards going to a standard market to get them. Unfortunately most standard market nutritional products (vitamins) seriously wane nutrient power (for many reasons) and even worse may carry unnecessary ingredients that can hinder rather then support the body.

The nutritional products listed below, are without a doubt ones that I can stand behind in what they offer in purity, effectiveness, rigorous testing requirements.

Super Nutrients to have on hand in your medicine cabinet.

Research has shown that supplementation with bovine colostrum is able to positively modulate immune function.
