The Power of Light in Your Food

Cereal Grasses are one of the most (if not the most) nutritious foods on this Earth (considered one of today’s Superfoods)?  Eating Green is not some form of voodoo or recent green movement in our culture (sorry to bust your bubble). This is actually Ancient Wisdom coming back to modern times.  Research came around in the 1930/1940 demonstrating that the growth stimulating factor of cereal grass was distinct in animals as they thrived and maintained healthy weight compared to those fed spinach, lettuce, and/or cabbage.

What consists of Cereal Grasses? Rye, corn, rice, oats, barley, sorghum,  wheat, millet, spelt, kamut and bamboo and sugar cane.

Based on data from US Dept. of Agriculture Nutrient Data Laboratory, grasses are richer than spinach, broccoli, eggs, and chicken in virtually every nutrient category: protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamin C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, folate, vitamin B12, carotenoids, and vitamin A.  Another words, cereal grasses can sustain life! (Now you know why a cow can be so big and healthy when just eating grass.) As a side note, the live stock we eat should also be eating grass from the ground and not corn soy grains etc.

Why is this? The powers of the sun that are trapped in the blades of the grass produce rich amounts of chlorophyll and other green photosynthetic pigments.

How does this translate to humans? It has now proven research that there is a release of “light” that emanates from healthy cells of living beings.  This “body of light” around a molecule distinguishes living from non-living substances.  When you eat cereal grasses (and other live foods), there is a harmonic interaction between the cells of our body and the nutrients being delivered to it and allows the body to easily absorb and utilize the nutrients. Nutrients from earth that are grown, harvested, assembled in pristine conditions can truly allow the body to absorb and regain and/or sustain healthy long living cells.
