Donate $5 and receive a Free Pilates Class.
This Thanksgiving season, BMCD is putting together Fresh Food Thanksgiving Boxes to donate to families in the local area. For any who would like to contribute, your $5 donation will be recognized with a FREE Pilates Class* at Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics, Inc. Donations can be made between from November 1, – November 16, 2012.

BMCD Pilates Team: Best wishes Whitney and Welcome Azalea!
BMCD Pilates Team: Best Wishes Whitney! and Welcome Azalea! We wanted to send our best wishes to our Pilates teacher, Whitney, who will soon go on maternity leave with her first child to come! During Whitney’s leave, we are honored to have Azalea step in to teach these shifts as well as some additional times. You may have already met the wonderful Azalea as she has been covering the front desk—she’s a woman of many talents!
Here is some backg
Azalea is Pilates certified through Body Art and Science International (BASI), with a dance training specialization and holds a bachelors degree in Dance from Loyola Marymount University. She was introduced to Pilates at an early age, as part of the supporting foundation for her dance training. The Mind-Body connection that Pilates offers captivated Azalea from the beginning, inspiring her to make Pilates an integral part of her life. She has used Pilates for the rehabilitation of injuries and for her post and pre-natal health during her two pregnancies. Azalea trains clients to meet their fitness goals and assists them in creating a Pilates foundation that will support them through the different stages of their lives.
