For Your Health: How Can I Benefit from Myofascial Release & Tone (MFRT) Classes?

Why is CoeDynamics offering MFRT classes? Is it different than Pilates? How could I personally benefit from the class? How is this a self-therapeutic tool that can provide immediate and long-lasting relief from pain, discomfort, chronic aches, chronic tightness, and even stimulate healing? Is it expensive? I’ll answer the last question here. One main reason in offering the MFRT service in a class setting is to keep clients’ costs low as well as provide a simplistic and motivating learning environment, without having to know anatomy jargon. Most of us think of massage therapy, chiropractic, physical therapy and even surgery when we are trying to find relief. Unfortunately, most of us miss out on our own bodies ability to find its own relief when given the proper tools. CoeDynamics: We Want YOUR Input! 

It’s always great to hear from CoeDynamics’ Clients! The Sunday 11am Reformer Class taught by Karen has been rocking! Since it’s been a continuously full class, we’d like to make room for more of you to take advantage of a Sunday class. To make it a class that’s best-suited for you, your  input is crucial. The input that would be helpful includes: Are you likely to attend a Sunday class? If yes, what time? If yes, what type of class (reformer, TRX, jump board, circuit, mat or something else)? Feel free to list more than one option and any other feedback you feel would be helpful in making this decision. Two ways to provide your input: email directly to or next time you come to the studio there will be a comment box available.

In conjunction with Love INC, CoeDynamics is collecting back-to-school backpacks filled with supplies to support children in the community. To receive your FREE Pilates class (Gold & Platinum Membership Clients receive a credit towards their next month’s renewal fee).Two ways to contribute: 1.
