New Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics Pilates Video! For your at-home Pilates practice.
The long awaited BMCD Pilates videos are back! This time, they include more exercises, giving you a 5 – 10 minute home/gym/on the road Pilates routine so you can make your Pilates practice a Healthy Daily Habit, guided with quality instruction.
This first video goes through 5 Pilates based exercises, focusing on the Pilates principle of Efficient and Effective Breathing. Proper breathing is essential to good posture, feeding oxygen to the millions of cells in your body, and is needed to actually engage all of your “core” muscles. “Above all, learn to breathe correctly” –Joseph Pilates

Growing Great… Taste of Spring Saturday, May 19, 2012 @ 6 pm in Manhattan Beach, CA 90266
Taste of Spring is a fundraiser that will delight your senses with seasonal dishes made with products from MB Farmers Markets, prepared by LA Hottest Chefs and paired with wine or micro beer.
Funds will be raised for Growing Great, a nonprofit school garden and nutrition education organization dedicated to inspiring children and adults to adopt healthy eating habits.
