BMCD News: First Fridays – Intensive Pilates/TRX Circuit
Starting Sept. 6 at 5:30 pm on the first Friday of every month, BMCD Pilates Teacher Kelly Stanley will guide a 6-person full body circuit workout combining the use of TRX, Pilates, Jump Board and Cardio suspension. This class will safely and effectively raise your heart rate while strengthening postural and dynamic muscle function. You’ll build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, tighten your core and increase endurance.
This class is open to advanced Pilates clients. Participants must be pre-approved by BMCD staff to participate in this class. Wearing a heart rate monitor is suggested.
