If you have ever enjoyed the scent of a rose, you’ve experienced the aromatic qualities of essential oils. These naturally occurring, volatile aromatic compounds are found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Essential oils for a plant have innate protective uses, are beautifully fragrant to people and have long been used for food preparation, beauty treatment, and health-care practices.

  • Aromatic (breathing in),

  • Internal** (usually diluted in food of liquid)

*always best to first test on bottom feet with carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil
