Private sessions offer one-on-one instruction instilling the use of pure Pilates principles, addressing your body's individual goals and needs. 

A dedicated Pilates practice provides an array of amazing benefits for your health, fitness and overall wellness. It is one of the few training systems that focuses on the body as a whole emphasizing the development of core support.  As a result, there is an even development of muscle strength both on the inside and outside.
