This is offered as a phone consultation to new first time clients. During this 30 minutes you will have time to speak about your health concern and/or inquiry about a functional health consultation. Tracy will offer some education about functional health with specific tips that you could use immediately in your journey of health and wellness. A minimum 48 hour cancellation/change of date is required Thank you for your understanding

Cancellation Policy

In courtesy to all schedules and to avoid a full service charge the following cancellation policies apply: - 24 hours for Pilates, Laser - 48 hours for Functional Health Service
