All group sessions are conducted in intimate size settings, allowing for individual attention, variety equipment and class flow. Sessions follow foundational principles of breathe, control, alignment, coordination flow and precision.
For best experience and safety, participant should have recently taken a minimum 3 private sessions and/or prior approval by Tracy.
This package has a 35 day expiration. Any unused sessions will be turned into a store coupon (less 5% processing) and can be used towards a future purchase.
