Making A Change (not a word we necessarily desire, so lets get through it) Food habits are a big contributor to having/not having a healthy digestion. Our fast paced culture makes it easy to “not have time”: “getting a quick bite to eat” “eating on the run” not taking time to enjoy (chew) your food, eating out or pre-made foods that are filled with non-nutritive ingredients (such as: sugar, hydrogenated oils, refined and processed foods)
