Q: What is my savings?
A: One you get the opportunity to increase your number of sessions/week without increasing your pay of a full priced session. When maximizing your membership your per class cost drops as low as $22/session.
Q: Do the new memberships replace the 10-pk of classes I’ve been purchasing in the past? What if I still have sessions left that I haven’t used?
A: With a membership you will no longer need to purchase any other class package. With a membership you have access to all classes including equipment classes, back-to-back 30 minute fat burner classes, and mat classes. If you currently hold a class package, you will be allowed to finish off your series before signing up with the membership that suits you.
Q: What happens to my Private and Semi-private workouts?
A: Private and Semi-private packages can still be purchased at the listed price options. We encourage you to keep your private and semi-private sessions as a combination of sessions it can create greater body awareness enhancing your class sessions and getting great results .
Q: How do I purchase my memberships each month?
A: Simply contact the studio 310 798 7600. Month to Month memberships can be completed with your credit card on file. With the Gold Star Membership, the studio will provide you with an ACH form for your completion of a 3 month term. Your membership cost will be automatically with-drawn from your account each month based upon the day your membership was initiated.
Q: I have 2 friends that I would like to have with me in class, could we 3 create our own class?
A: Yes and we will reward you too! Assuming you select a time in which there is room in an on-going class or a time that there are no other regularly scheduled classes in session, we would gladly customize a 3-person or more class to your liking. Contact the front desk to coordinate. Plus for each of your referrals you will receive up to a 10% discount (one discount per Pilates purchase).
