Congratulations to those who have taken on a pro-active approach to feeling good and whole health care. We are so proud to hear of what you have accomplished including 4 - 5 lbs. of weight loss within a 10 days and feeling "good" and "energized" throughout your days.
Hi Andy
Here is your Kefir Milk Recipe
1. Get 1 quart of Raw Organic Milk (if raw milk is not available get the best quality milk that you can)
a. local sources Sprouts grocery store, Torrance Saturday farmers market both carry Organic Pastures

2. Poor the raw milk in a glass jar and add either
a. 1/4 cup of a previous batch of Milk Kefir
b. 1/4 cup of liquid whey made from a previous batch of milk kefir
c. if a & b are not available to you, you can purchase some liquid Kefir whey through Tracy at Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics, Inc. pilates@coe-dynamics.com or you can purchase a Kefir starter kit at www.bodyecology.com
3. Set the jar covered with paper towel in a warm place (kitchen cupboard or top of fridge) for minimum 24 hours or longer like 2 - 3 days.
a. The longer you allow the kefir to culture the more nutrients, probiotics and enzymes it will be filled with
4. After done culturing place in fridge will last for months (but dont forget to set a 1/4 cup aside to use for your next batch as the beauty is the process continues :)
